We have been to quite a few Northern Cafe locations across Southern California. This new location had a rocky start but has now become well adjusted and on par with the other locations. In some places, such as hospitality and cleanliness, it even excels. I would highly recommend this place to anyone craving Chinese food that is not what you may be accustomed to.

Food 10/10 I recommend this place just for the dumplings but honestly all the food here is delicious. The dumplings have so much meat in them (there not stingy) and they have so much flavor. I also got the Chongqing Crispy Chicken it was just the right amount of spice and the coating isnt to thick on it. I will be going back with my family cause they love to try new places. But forsure northern cafe is on the list of places to go when im hungry.

I absolutely love Northern Cafe! I had previously only dined at the Irvine location, where the food was delicious, so I was excited to see they opened a restaurant in Huntington Beach, CA. The food here was just as delicious—if not even better. The atmosphere was beautiful, modern, and cozy, and the service was amazing from beginning to end. Every employee welcomed us with a smile, brought our drinks, and took our order promptly. Our food arrived quickly, and our waitresses checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and attentive. They even offered to take our picture, which was such a thoughtful touch. I like to commend the staff for their service. Highly recommend Northern Cafe in Huntington Beach. I wish they had more around the US but for now we'll have to wait until we are back to the OC to delight in their delicious food. My favorite is the spicy beef golden soup, fried rice, dry, hot and spicy chicken and the shrimp and pork dumplings. Can't wait to be back! Thank you Northern Cafe in HB! 🩷

This was our second time here. The food is great and consistent with the other locations. I like the menu here as each location be a little different. It's feels like a great blend of the appetizers, entres, dumplings, and noodles we are used to.

Great food, great customer service. They told us it was going to take a while to get the food but it was actually very quick service. Husband loved the spicy wonton. The sauce was great. Also the xiao long bao was filling. I was craving popcorn chicken for a while and this satisfied my cravings and it came with a lot. Overall great experience.
